Requirements

Here is what you should have in order to print and view the certificate correctly:

1  For best results, you should use photo-quality ink jet paper. Alternatively, any paper that is somewhat heavier than regular paper will also produce a better result. The proper paper size is USA standard 8.5 inches x 11 inches (letter size). Other paper sizes will not reproduce the certificate correctly. If you live abroad, or do not have access to letter size paper you may be able to order it from online U.S. office supply stores such as Staples, OfficeMAX and OfficeDEPOT.

2  You will need a decent color printer in order to get a decent color print of this certificate. Ensure you have enough ink left in your cartridges. If you do not have a good printer, a good idea is to find a friend to print this for you.

3  The TWAer certificate is put together in a complex way and will not display or print correctly on all browsers. To make sure you get the certificate the way it was meant to be you need to have Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. If you have Windows XP you automatically have Internet Explorer 6. To find out what version browser you have click "Help" and then "About" in the browser menu bar. This certificate will not work well on Netscape browsers. Internet Explorer is free, and if you do not have it or have an older version you can download it here, or if you have a slow internet connection this same website will also let you order a CD with Internet Explorer.
